AdSenseless is an IRC i have just set up that is dedicated to AdSense click exchange. Being based in an IRC means that it is easy to find lots of people willing to exchange clicks and it also makes it FAR harder for Google to ever find out that the clicks were fake.

Tips for Click Exchanging
-Only click ads on a site once per day, or once per genuine IP address
-Don't use proxies, ever. You can't fool the almighty Google
-Make sure to keep your CTR down, use a site such as TrafficSwarm to keep your daily hits at a decent level. You could also use a view adder that uses proxies (you don't want to click using proxies, only add hits to your site to keep CTR down)
-Be active in the IRC, the more active you are, the more people you will get a chance to exchange clicks with
